I hope you are right but that makes no sense. Why would the failing of the AstraZeneca deal cause Pfizer to go after BMSN? They could have acquired AstraZeneca then done a deal with BMSN for a super small fraction of the AstraZeneca price. It's not as if they are trying to acquire on giant pharma company or another.

Just trying to understand what the two have in common.
