I do not believe that they will do that because of the large numbers and the difficulty of the next quarters not being able to come close to meeting or beating same. I believe that they will spread the revenue over the life of the license which would be 4 years according to Ericy/Sony. I do not think that any of it will be other income. The true picture of the company is more accurately portrayed by taking one half of 2002 and adding it to the advance for 2003 and 2004 and applying 1/8th each quarter to recurring revenue. If Nok and Samsung opt to prepay 2005-06 the other half of 2002 should be added to that figure and applied the same way through 2006. Be very mindful that I am not a CPA or even a bush league accountant. However, it is my understanding that a company should strive to create as accurate a picture as possible via its accounting and I beleiev the above method of reporting to be the fairest from a layman's standpoint.
