i can tell you, why you can´t compare Monument Mining with Petaquilla Minerals.
On Monument Mining it was a small shareholder basis which was want change the board. At Petaquilla Minerals almost every shareholder is unhappy now. Already for the moment i can assure you to have 90 Millions of vote from Germany, Panama, Canada and USA which are trying everything to install 4 new board members and restructure the company with a credible management.

I can tell you, that you can be sure that i will go out with the COMPLETE PLAN when the full plan is complete. To go out with before this makes no sense. I have today again a lot of talks about the procedere to do it. If the plan is ready to publish, you would read about it. Of course things have to be according to the TSX rules. That´s very clear and it would be. If i need a lawyer for this or how i would handle it, this you have to let be my problem.
