In addition, there will be no way for new patients to sign on underneath the old designated growers, or to acquire their own personal production licenses. Health Canada, before they reinstated the PP licenses, threatened to notify the police if ANY growers continued cultivation under the terms of their old PP licenses, effectively threatening to jail the legitimately sick and encouraging them to funnel their money into the new LPs. This certainly is unconstitutional, and needs to be ammended...So we have the supreme court ruling to reinstate such licenses until they can figure everything out.
