That was my first issue. By using U.S. or Canadian it probably excluded 50% (assuming equal viewing) of possible interested parties, which weighed moderately to heavily on an alternative.

It's a Canadian Company. It should be designated as a Canadian Company. It's a U.S. stock exchange, so it should be a U.S. listing.
