I don't have a strong preference and it seems as though Mr.Schmid2013 already changed it to Canadian - Food - Agriculture and Processing"

I'm not sure that is the correct category but I'm willing to go with it.

Even though we are a canadian company, I wonder if we should be listed as US OTC since that is the exchange we trade on. People might think that RSSFF is a canadian ticker and might not realize that they can trade it. Could keep some away at first glance.
