Mickey , IMO the shorts aren't covering at all. When and if it ever happens you will see big volume and it will be noted from those in the pits which will be afforded over the news wires that shorts are covering which would be on CNBC.

For 20 + years investors here have been predicting the shorts are going to get hurt and it never happened to date.

Most times they are the master of the game because they have a good read on IDCC's management on what they will do and not do.

For example IMO if it wasn't for DNDODD post revealing there was a deal with Armia that he found on a Chinese site the stock wouldn't be where it's at today.



Our IDCC investors forced their hand and they had to make it public. If DNDODD didn't find that we would IMO have never heard about that for many more months and when we did it probably would be afforded as a arbitration win with out naming the company.
