Personally I would sell.. It will now take forever for PV 10 to get brought to market which will eliminate most if not all acquisition interest. Here is the process as I see it:

Next month: Announce that they will begin formulating a phase III (maybe not even)

Later this year: begin recruiting and setting up trial

Early 2015: carry out trial ( if they are smart they will make it longer and with more patients to appease the FDA)

Q2 or Q3 2015: trial ends .. Maybe not even until q4

Q4 Submit to FDA:

Wait wait wait for FDA.. Will take a while

Then hopefully get approved, but the company has no infrastructure and 5 employees so they won't be able to do anything with the drug until a buyout which could take god knows how long, and with the rate other cancer treatments are progressing I believe pv10 will be either outdated or otherwise inundated with competition that has already been approved and implemented by big pharma...

The only saving grace would be if they partnered with a pharma company to help them bring this to market which at this point is highly unlikely....

Completely just my opinion
Anybody have a different vision?
