Non-Disclosure Agreements didn't seem to hinder any of his previous comments on the purported patents such as WSGI owning the rights to ARGUS which is clearly contradicted in publicly available documents.

And, he always has seemed free to comment on info that is "publicly available."

Not that it matters much. The International Search Authority has already weighed in on the patent potentiality of the ARGUS. Their opinion might carry a little more weight than Indy's.
