PEIX--Rule62 worked all this out in his terrific chart the link for which he posted a few days ago at the IHUB PEIX board. As I recall, he was looking at data from April or early May and was estimating 4.9M warrants left (excluding a mere 33k warrants priced way up in the $730s, so effectively they'll never get exercised), added onto about 20.1M realistically fully diluted shares at present, for a total of 25M f.d. shares when all warrants are exercised.
