HOLY MOTHER OF GOD. I just called IACH and this is going to be huge! I am very impressed with how knowledgeable the person I spoke to was about where they were in the stages of construction. They are acquiring permits for all of their parks right now and are on schedule for breaking ground. They have all the cash they need on hand. By the sounds of it, they might be at 50% CDs at least. That is great news! They'll be ready to hit the ground running once construction begins. Now I'm excited!
