the main reason is the ceo Dan. jmo-he is very legit and trying build this company the right way. SMMW has over 50 employees, as a whole, the company is in the black,counting all the entities. Look back at all the recent pr's. Dan is starting to get the job done. There will be huge amount of surprise PR's. coming during 2006. Not counting the pr's were waiting on-closing Skiershop, financials coming after the close of Skiershop. A little story about the Neast magazine that we own 77% of. Jim the owner of Neast wanted more money to operate on, about 6 months ago. Dan told him he was not going to give him more money. Dan gave Jim the option of just shutting Neast down, or prove to Dan that Neast could get sponsers, advertising etc. to substain itself. So that is what Jim of Neast did. he got sponcers etc. to make the magazine substain itself. This tells me Dan is a legit business man. Dan did not want to waste money on the magazine if it could not make enough money to be self sufficient. There is a lot more I could say good about Dan and company-but-lol-I am a one finger typer, and I am getting tired-lol-jmho
