Ok. I have several emails from him but believe what you want. I'm copying pasting what he wrote.

We won’t have to raise more money when we cross the $300,000 per month level.  We are doing about $100,000 per month.  We all are trying to stop selling stock we are trying to get more debt in place.  If we get the US FDA approval it would be a great help to our funding relationship if we the Private Equity.
