No - Paying every single debt holder with issuing stock is not just business. Paying debt holders with issued stocks while claiming to have a booming franchise construction business in the most lucrative state for that industry (Texas) is a disaster. Bottom line, things don’t add up. On one hand, MGMT is claiming humongous growth in the business. On the other hand, they are paying for lunch with common stock (metaphorically speaking). Sounds like market and PPS are reacting to the latter.
