Agreed but to do it like that where 70% controlling ownership does not belong to wsgi is completely ridiculous. wsgi should have spun it out and held majority stake if not almost all! This is selling the company for pittance, not spinning out the company. There is a difference. A whopping 70% (and possibly more) difference IMO.
