They all will
They are putting their money where their mouth is
On that form when you exercise options they are being disposed.
Because the amount of options goes down
If they were awarded more options the other box gets checked
And the amount of options goes up

Is everybody clear on this?

For those who do not know what options are:
They are the right to buy a stock at a certain price
Usually they are awarded to mgt as part of compensation
When they are exercising options they are spending their own money purchasing them at, in this case, 0.95 per share.

It's a good thing
Means mgt has skin in the game
