54M. Short Just Yesterday Hulk?? How is this even legal? How many shares can they legally be allowed to short on a .0005 stock??

Seriously. This is one corrupt market. Isn't that something, you cannot buy more from Scotttrade because there are no shares to buy because of the large short position?

Again, How is this even legal.
