Is it possible that this LOI was cooked up, ah, retrospectively?


Seems odd timing to post a LOI that was supposedly executed April 5th on the day you get your company suspended. Doesn't make sense.

Do I really have to tell you these are my opinions and that you should do your own DD? You're not gonna' listen anyway ...
