I'm just trying to look out for others here that might not know what is going on. I understand it that it is not mike who filed BK chapter 7 but he Acquired GDSM from those same people and knows them personally.. Connect the dots my friend its not that hard to figure out what's happening here. Why take over a company with more then 5 mill in debt? Why change your business to MJ during an MJ hype. Who in the right mind would acquire a company like this to build a new business. NOBODY!! unless your putting out BS news releases and sucking innocent people in to dilute into.. That's the only money making potential here..
