Well, I think you're in for a real treat, then.

FRTD - been a while since I've seen a good fake buyout scam.

In addition to a "delayed" press release on the closing date, they also have a 10 day due diligence period that can put an end to things.

Unless, as you say, the SEC doesn't put an end to it first.
