Adding to that

IMHO there is very little risk. The online real estate is worth more than the current market value of SEEK.

Additionally SEEK has contracted partnerships, 5 million line of credit, fully developed platform, is profitable, and growing that profit significantly quarter over quarter.

The wild card is the exit strategy, A BUYOUT.
