Leigh Coleman sold over 1/2 of GTE on March 5th

Can't find a link, but I saw it on Bloomberg last night. GTE news on March 16th. Coleman sold about 500k shares of 1m in holdings. I'm sure this isn't why it's halted. But, nevertheless I don't like it.
