Will you stand up at the ASM and ask management to make an agreement to never reprice the options which they are asking for? If we had an irrevocable agreement that the exercise price for the options would remain $35, I doubt very much if there would be a dissenting voice in the house. The positive effect which that influx of cash would have is undeniable. Unfortunately, if the growth doesn't match the expectations, the options will just get repriced.
