I ran some models to compare the AVTC structure and their financials with the future-state UNGS/Signifi. Conservative estimates point me to having UNGS price somewhere north of 0.03 range - once the Signifi revenue becomes accretive to UNGS financials. This is based on just the current business model for Signifi - any additional revenue streams from entering MMJ domain with their kiosk solution will create a further boost in PPS.

This is where we are headed with this puppy. IMO.
