How's the DD board feel about the recent developments in the F**X saga? The 'interview' was quite telling about the CEO's mindset.

For those who didn't see.

“How do you grow a company if you give everybody every plan you’re doing?” he says.

“If you don’t want to talk about it,” I ask, “why make the claim? Why put it all over your Facebook page?”

“Do you know how many people are on our team?” he asks. “Over 200. Do I know every detail? No, I’m not there at every turn. My job is to run the company.”

Then this came out of the woodwork the next day:

Dear Shareholders:

Based on a unanimous vote of the Board of Directors, we will no longer utilize Facebook for the dissemination of company information to shareholders. ALL future information will be disseminated with a formal press release. Thank you for your continued support.
