As far as DEWM being late, many many companies are late with filings. I have equity feed news service and last 2 days more often than not I would see an NT-10Q pop up, thats a filing for notification of late quarterly filing.
now that doesn't mean they will wait the entire 2 weeks to file, one company filed an NT on thursday and then came out with quarterly on friday.

I'm not worried in the least. i've been adding daily all week and will add more monday if i get the chance.
