Want my honest advice? Don't trade options unless you can watch them 24/7.
I push it being at work, but I sneak in watching my options when I have positions. I would never buy an option and walk away from the computer because they are way too volatile to do so.
Selling is tough because you never know for sure when it will reverse on you.
My advice is as long as you are selling for a profit, you will never go wrong.
Now, everyone wants those big gains so sometimes you hold out on a hunch or sometimes you look at technicals, what the rest of the market is doing.
Don't set anything and walk away, if you can't be in front of your computer watching the L2 and charts you shouldn't be trading them.
Not sure if that goes for everyone, but I would never considering I trade weeklies and I trade risky.
