Well the statements below were put out in a PR back in September 25, 2013 regarding dCellVax:

Dated Sept 25, 2013
Regen identified the following milestones in the anticipated further development of dCellVax:

a) Generation of human dCellVax: 2 months
b) In vitro demonstration of dCellVax efficacy: 1 month
c) FDA-requested toxicology: 4 months
d) IND submission: 1 month

The PR said they are currenly working on phase A. Based on the timelines mentioned and the date of the PR, you could expect the IND submission to be as early as March and as late as the end of May, early June.

I try not to get too excited without actual news, but it sounds to me like Koos is perfectly timing all of this, assuming he was able to keep everything on schedule.
