Reason why we will go down today.

Historically when a downward slide occurs for Fannie and Freddie it tends to last for 3-4 days. Each day the slide tends to decrease by 50% before stabilizing. Therefore yesterday we dropped 35 cents, today we drop 20 cents, Monday we drop 10 cents, and Tuesday we stabilize. I have noticed this type of pattern for many years.
