this board has lost sense of reality.

You can say that again. I was surprised to find that many of the perennial whiners on this board have a very poor understanding of the global IT industry, in general, and the emerging IPR industry, in particular.

That lack of perspective shows up clearly in the poorly thought out comments about executive compensation and dilution that are often devoid of useful facts. Like many here I'm coming around to the view that this board has seen its best days.
