Explain what is so outrageous about it please. A stagnant stock that keeps slowly dropping(bid was 8.5 cents all day). No buying pressure but a lot of larger blocks on the ask. Notice that there is hardly anyone posting here anymore due to lack of interest. Mostly vague shareholder updates and not real official press releases about mergers and acquisitions. yeah... outrageous
