You see it in the way it trades. If no one BUYS on the ask then company dumps. Look how that 8 million bid got cleared out by a huge dump. It happens so often you can recognize the pattern. It seems to me the FDA gave BIEL an opportunity to sell a whole boat load more shares with this reclassification, than actually products. Andy is definitely taking this opportunity to make some money and being very Greedy with it.
