Holding our shares is a good idea. I believe that they worded it the way they did, because they are so close to finishing up on the details of the deal, that it easily could have happened last week. Each day gets us one day closer, as the deal has been in the works for about 3 months now and they are very close to finalizing it. People these days are so impatient.
