Mr. Turino's motion comes as the trial in the case has been delayed for the sixth time. The hearing had been set to start in April, 2014, but before it could begin lawyers for all of the active defendants asked that the judge set a later date. They cited the complexity of the case, which involves millions of pages of documents (at least some of which still need to be translated from other languages). The judge agreed, and granted a continuance.
Time to get on with it. It's always been a complex case, but ten years is long enough to figure out what happened. This isn't the Kennedy assassination.
