Well of course but another company can work the other way too. Added products can yield added revenues. A company that has the ability to pay its overhead and market its products can benefit from much more revenue production than a company that has no money to market. We simply don't know how this will unfold, speculation is all we have, to buy only the most negative prospect is to disregard the motivations as anything but devious.

We have to stay vigilant but we can't completely overlook the potential of positive outcomes. I would imagine the 10 million shares had a purpose as it was sold as such of a possibly appreciating asset was it not?

There is no way of knowing outcomes safe to say that inability to pay payroll and expenses prior to contracts could have led to even more dire consequence.

Keep vigilant insighter that is good imo if contracts evolve quickly and we have no or limited appreciation that is a great basis for lawsuit and potential remedy. I will say that if the intention is to go public in a new entity I find the communication of the sale and intent appalling. Of course I find communication from the company to shareholders generally very poor.

So I don't overlook that possibility either. I am not happy with GE's overall performance either in fact if share price is a measure he has been a disaster. However we are alive and need to see if there is any silver lining to this sale and build out of the current company.
