Capital Resource Alliance, Inc. Announces LOI to Acquire Nate’s Pancakes
Capital Resource Alliance, Inc. (OTC: CRRA) announced today it has entered into a letter of intent to acquire and to execute a reverse merger with Nate’s Pancakes, Inc., an Indiana corporation in which Nate’s Pancakes will became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company (the "Merger"). WB Partners had previously announced this transaction via a press release.
Nate’s Pancakes make ready-to-use, pre-mixed pancake and waffle batter delivered in a pressurized can. Our pre-made batter makes light and airy pancakes or waffles that are fun for the entire family to make together, and are a great way to start your day. Nate’s Pancakes was created by Nate Steck who also created Batter Blaster which sold nearly 2 million cans and exceed $15-20 Million dollars a year in revenue. The Company expects the acquisition and reverse merger will become effective prior to May 30, 2014. The company is in the process of filing a Form 10 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and expects the Form 10 to be filed in June 2014. Based on the current share structure, the Company’s new Board of Directors does not expect a reverse split of the stock will be necessary.
