almost all Canadian companies have unlimited A/S. But they scrutinize the companies a lot harder unlike our scam OTC exchange. So if u see a stock trading in Canadian exchanges as well as in US exchange then u r better off buying that one. All Canadian scams companies that can't list in Canada come and list in US OTC exchange.
