Th Something Wicked Fest is a potential take over target for SFXE, AEG or Live Nation if it grows and becomes hugely profitable. I don't think that SFXE would be interested in going into the night club business in Huston via Stereo Live and a leased Venue, if they were they could just buy the Venue right out from under NGHT.

They just bought the Venue right out from Under the Producers of Electric Forest when they refused their take over offer.
