The most value for 3dicon could come through an acquisition.Remember Victor said it was important to know that 3dicon will never produce and sell C-Space.Making royalties and licensing fees is less money than the company who produces and sells the product.IBM has 15,000 patents they own so yes they make a boat load of all the licesing fees and royalties from technologys they have acquired or created themselves.3dicon has only one product and though a very very good one how much revenue do we make of these fees and royalties 3% ,6% maybe up to 10%,while the company producing the product makes the most money.C-Space is an extreemly valuable intellectual property and with a few more patents filed and some further developement it will be worth more.We need to have some questions answered at the shareholder meeting about our licensing fees and royalties percents about the value of C-Space in a potential acqusition,or what a merger means value wise to a shareholder or is there better value for the shareholder in being bought out or picking up lets say %5 royalties and some licensing fees on one product while the producing companies who sell C-Space make a boat load for themselves.Where is the value for you the shareholder that will show up in the stock price for your stock.Victor did give us a starting place when he said that 2 years ago they had no reason to believe the 74 million dollar market cap wasnt a reasonable value for the company and that he felt we could return to that or better. That was a good start but like Madman has said many times before, we need to ask more questions sometimes and seek answeres to those things that effect us and our hard earned money we have invested.
