duke, you already backed out of this conversation. we both already know you are offering opinions without experience in finance. particularly in small company cfo positions. i am not in the same place. for myself, i think the experience behind an opinion matters.

as i said from the beginning, you can't derive the opinion you derive from the omission to dilute. it's real simple. i am not saying more than that. so no adding words to my position. you are trying to ooze into an either/or version of your point. your point was that you can infer something from the decision not to fund on a particular day. i say that ain't so for any number of reasons.

there's no more to say. if they fund, you will have been wrong. sometimes we all are. but it isn't about you. it's about whether the theory holds up.

the numbers tell a tale. but an unforeseeable order could change things.
