Razor your absolutly wrong that 3dicons technology C-Space cant be acquired by another company with all the patents related to C-Space regardless of the owner ship of patents which 3dicon has filed THEMSELFs by themselfs for some patents look it up for yourself your dead wrong that 3dicon did not file patents for C-Space.POINT is C-Space can be acquired and the ownership of all patents can be in possesion and owned of the acqireing company who would make the money off licesing fees and royalties.Victor said in the blog that there is a possibility of a POTENTIAL PARTNER ACQURIEING THE TECHNOLOGY (CSPACE) OR THE COMPANY ITSELF.PERIOD!!! learn what it means for a company to be acquired you can look it up on line if you need .Trust me im sure it will be made clear to us at the shareholder meeting what the word acquire means.
