Perhaps you don't know as much about Bud Burrell as you should. He's business partners with a British crook, Terry Ramsden. They have ambitious plans to start of their own stock exchange of sorts, and in addition they run an offshore boiler room called Birchington.

If you'd been paying attention, you'd know that.
