I'm not quite sure you understand microcaps then. The authorized shares literally means nothing. If there is 5 billion shares out there thats a real good number for trading. Most of these microcaps do eventually R/S once or twice it's just the nature of the game. Why worry about it? Get in and get your chunk and get out.
