Thats accually not the case 3dicon does own some of the patents filed .There are different kinds of patents as you know but dont get hung up there when it comes to acqisitions !!...Yes it is a fact someone can own all the rights to C-Space and the patents with all licensing and royalties going to them..Heard of Honeywell or IBM ,it happens eveyday they buy up patents and have the rights to all the licensing and royalties of the tech they acquired and leave the company they they acquired the technology an exsisting company who moves on as a seperate entity.Thats a fact and Universitys and companies ( who work together) face this at times,common knowledge common happening.We know one thing for sure ,C-Space is valuable enough there is a hint of a possible acqisition from a potential partner. I think during product platform #1 from which will come a family of product,there could be an acqusition of some sort or a merger take place.C-Space is for real!!
