Victor did say in the last blog that the possibility exits that a potential partner could acquire the technology or the company itself ,2 different senarios, and differant than licensing or royalties being paid to 3dicon.Yes there is a possibility that our technology may be acquired and the acquiring company generally pays for an acqisition with cash or the acquiring companys stock or both.Im sure someone would like to have C-Space in thier own IP Portfolio and if its in thier IP portfolio we will not recieve licencing fees or royalties for it ,the acquiring company will. But we will get paid for the acqusition.Perhaps in a merger there could be a restructuring of 3dicon in which we could recieve licensing fees or royalties from the sale of products.Acqusitions generally result in the ownership of a company and its technology being completely taken over or the technology and patents in this projected possibility.IBM has something like 15,000 patents and gets paid handsomely in licensing fees and royalties. But you know who gets paid more than almost everyone in royalties( out of all catagories) for thier products...The Beatles!(( Apple) Generally about 20%
