STWG - Name change and SS change on NVSOS

New name: http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/corpActions.aspx?lx8nvq=CZfXCmR8ogSn2FXHU5BbcQ%253d%253d&CorpName=VIPER+CORP.
Obviously the Name has changed to Viper Corp. and the SS has changed from 825m shares to now 300m shares.
There's wasn't a PR, Filing or anything that explains the change in the share structure as filed with the NVSOS.
Reverse Merger, Aquisition for the Name Change? Reverse Split or
Per the STWG Board even the TA doesn't seem to know anything about it.

All attempts to contact the company have failed as well.
STWG just got the Current Pink Tier and was part of a MoneyRunners Pump Campaign.
