They would lose their entire option portfolio which is the crux of their salaries for the last years? Doubtful IMO GTC produces revenues they have capital to continue pursue debt reduction etc and have a potential tangible asset in DAC as it unfolds that can create shareholder value as well as funding alternatives?

Why file?

They must see growth and potential with GTC and likewise the Argus?

Of course additionally a bankruptcy judge would likely reverse the sale of LTA to protect creditors and likewise would not let GTC contracts go back to GTC UK.
