There's certainly a great deal of speculation here but I guess that's all you have.
Myself and a couple if others having starting digging in the rabbit hole just for
the fun of it. The following is (while speculative in it's preface sentence) is factual at it's core:
Barry Honig and Michael Brauser will probably be involved. They operate out of a building owned by Dr. Phil Frost. Honig even shares the same suite address as the Frost Gamma Investments Trust. A recent report by the hedge fund Lakewood Capital Management expressed a concern about Dr. Frosts' association with Honig and Brauser calling them "serial stock promoters." A common theme in companies they promote is shareholder class action lawsuits.
Harvey Kesner also works with Honig and Brauser on numerous shells, holding companies, and consulting firms that are far too numerous to list. Harvey was terminated from the Dallas-based financial firm Haynes and Boone. Lawsuits and counter-lawsuits ensued with Kesner claiming defamation because H&B publicly stated Kesner had "relationships with clients that the firm did not wish to associate with.“ H&B counter-claimed that Kesner was secretly conducting business on the side and secretly accepting stock and other benefits through his relatives and his undisclosed business, Paradox Capital Partners. The matter was settled confidentially. Harvey appears in the recent WSGI 8K.
Harvey's brother, Glenn, works in media and branding. Glenn has been a prominent figure in many of the companies Honig and Brauser promote filling many officer positions. He is also the President of Auracana, a company through which many shares of companies associated with Honig and Brauser flow. Glenn recently incorporated the private company Drone Aviation Corp. in Nevada and just purchased WSGI's former subsidiary LTAS.
