Fish Out of Water Definition : You Dont BUY tops of WEEKLY Chart CANDLES ABOVE THE UPPER BOLLINGER BAND That Have More Than 50% of the Candle Body Above That Line , it usually does not end well for You , now if your in a stock and the weekly candle runs up and forms that candle ....TAKE PROFITS Because Everyone else will be that knows to.
