I have to claw back some of the speculation on this one. There is nothing linking Ladenburg Thalmann. I posted links showing the only other company in the state of nevada in which Kesner is listed as an officer: Great West Resources, Inc. I posted a link to the beneficial owners and officers of that company. The billionaire is listed as a beneficial owner. That is as far as I went.
